3.3 Custom and Seasonal Items

Note that made-to-order furniture (including custom upholstery) and seasonal items (like Christmas trees after December 20th) cannot be returned unless faulty.

4.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation. We process orders within 1-2 business days before dispatch.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking
  • Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch with basic tracking

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers should allow additional time for customs clearance.

5.3 Delivery Responsibilities

You must provide accurate delivery information. We’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date for most items. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All packaging must be intact
  • Special care items (Albany collection, Bouclé fabrics) must have protective covers intact

6.2 Return Process

  2. Wait for our authorization (within 2 business days)
  3. Repackage carefully using all original materials
  4. Ship back via tracked service (customer pays unless item is faulty)

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6.4 Non-Returnable Items

These cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Made-to-order/custom upholstery
  • Seasonal items after specified dates
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products without original packaging

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • We’ll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you
  • For urgent cases, we may ship a replacement before receiving the return
